After spending 6 years at a corporate tax accounting office in Japan Shinji went to America to earn his MBA in finance. Currently he leads the accounting division of Pacific Asset Management and while performing general financial consulting Shinji specializes in providing tax advice for foreign clients in regards to investment property.
Takuya Misumi
Associate, Investment Management Division
With the experience of working as a consultant in real estate investment business for several years, Takuya has become very consistent at successfully arranging loans for foreign investors residing in Japan. Studied Accounting and Finance in college in the US. He holds the Real Estate Transaction Specialist and Financial Planner licenses.
David Dobos

With a background in sales and marketing David built an extreme network with the foreign community in Japan and recently joined our company to advise the best possible investment solutions the Japanese market can offer. Having several years of experience in real estate (rentals, sales and investments) David will be one of the regular speakers in our seminars.
