The average price per square meter of a newly constructed house in the Tokyo 23 wards is about ¥664,652 ($6,168). This is a year-on-year increase of 12.2% (compared to 2017). This year, the average list price in the Tokyo 23 Wards is ¥64,870,000, a year-on-year increase of 8.5%, or more than triple the price point of the homes we feature below.
