Real Estate Japan Inc. and LINC Inc. are pleased to present this brand new series of investment seminars for foreigners who want  to get a residency visa in Japan by investing in Japanese real estate.

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive from people living outside Japan who are thinking about buying an investment property here is: “Can I get a residency visa in Japan if I buy a property there?” The answer to that, unfortunately, is “No”. However, it is possible to get a residency visa in Japan, called the Investor/Business Manager Visa or Investor Visa, by establishing a company in Japan that invests in Japanese real estate.

In this series, we will  cover the actual steps and practical aspects of applying for the Investor Visa by setting up a company through which you will invest in the Japanese property market.

We will be discussing the following topics:

  • What is the Investor/Business Manager Visa?
  • Pros and cons of the Investor/Business Manager Visa
  • How and why to get the visa by investing in Japanese real estate
  • Overview of procedure
    • How to set up a company in Japan
    • How to apply for the visa
    • How to start real estate investment in Japan through the company
  • How much will it cost?

Private consultations are available by appointment
