The process of renting an apartment in Japan can be difficult, confusing, and expensive. We at Real Estate Japan Inc. have been successfully helping foreigners find properties for rent and purchase for over eleven years.

In this series of free one-on-one consultations, we would like to listen to your specific housing needs and answer your questions on how to find and apply for an apartment in Japan.

This is our first ever series of personal consultations to be held in Taipei, Taiwan, which will run from August 2nd to 4th, 2018.

We will also go over some issues unique to renting an apartment in Japan and discuss the initial costs involved, such as key money and finding a guarantor for your rental application.

If you are planning to come to Japan for study or work, this is a great opportunity to get answers to your housing-related questions.
