Founded in 1982, the Samty Group has steadily expanded its business area and the scope of operations. We now have five business locations across Japan, and are listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Property Leasing Business leases and manages nationwide network of rental apartments, office buildings, and commercial facilities, forming the foundation to ensure the stability of The Samty Group.

The Samty Group owns around 90 buildings (as of end-November 2016) throughout Japan. Leasing operations are handled in-house by a special division, allowing for flexible implementation of numerous measures based on specific leasing needs. The average annual occupancy rate is over 90%.

The wide range of properties held includes rental apartments, office buildings, and commercial facilities, without reliance on a specific property type. The majority of properties are located in Osaka, Nagoya, government-designated cities such as Fukuoka and Sapporo, and the Tokyo metropolitan area. This diversity ensures stable rent income less susceptible to economic fluctuations, and provides a balanced asset portfolio.
